REGISTRATION - FOR SAFETY'S SAKE

You would want the EMTs to know where you are in case of an emergency, right?  Every owner, guest and renter is required to register in the management office when they arrive on property. Everyone will receive car and bicycle tags as well as other important on-site information. Please cooperate with this practice.

Where to park at Estero Cove

Only owners are allowed to park ONE car under ONE building. It is first-come, first-served and, if necessary, owners can park under a building other than their own. NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES AND NO SAVING SPACES. If owners leave the property for more than 24 hours, they are to remove their vehicle from under the building and park in an outside space. Long-term parking guidance is posted on building bulletin boards. There is plenty of general parking outside of the buildings.
